At ELITE High School Scouting, we see it as our job to trim through the fat of the grassroots landscape to present you, the college client, with the prospects who will help you win games. We believe in spending more time in the gym than our competition, with our foundation being built on in-person evaluations. Consistent evaluations over time and across contexts, while also establishing relationships that give us a more holistic window into each prospect, give us a leg up when it comes to projecting success—or lack thereof—at the college level.

In an increasingly clouded grassroots space, we have an established track record as truth-tellers when it comes to what we see on and off the court.

Our years-long evaluation process begins by identifying prospects as early as ninth grade through AAU, underclassmen exposure events, and old-fashioned word of mouth. We evaluate prospects from that point across all contexts—high school, AAU, offseason leagues, camps, open gyms, etc.—doing our best to get to know each prospect along the way in order to give a holistic projection as to their college translation. While technology, data, social media, and film are important pieces of the puzzle in today’s world, our service will always remain founded on the idea of consistent in-person evaluation over time as a central tenet of the evaluation process.

We will have a tiered pricing structure for NCAA Division I coaches for the 2022-23 season, with pricing reflecting the scope of the region we’ll be covering. Packages start as low as $450 for comprehensive coverage of our native greater Philadelphia region, with prices scaling up to $1000 for national coverage focusing on potential mid-to-high major prospects from outside the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic whom we evaluate in-person during of our travels.

ELITE High School Scouting has been approved in accordance with NCAA bylaws, policies, and procedures. NCAA Division I basketball coaches are permitted to subscribe to this recruiting/scouting service.
