ELITE High School Scouting was founded in 2019 by Ari Rosenfeld, one of the nation’s preeminent grassroots basketball scouts. Originally geared strictly to NBA teams, ELITE has now absorbed Rosenfeld’s collegiate service, the Delaware Valley Hoops Report, to cater to both the college and pro ranks under one umbrella as the foremost authority in grassroots scouting.

Since he created the Delaware Valley Hoops Report in 2017, Rosenfeld’s knowledge, thoroughness, work ethic, and honesty have become increasingly relied upon by programs across the country at all levels of college basketball. He is lauded for his dedication to his craft and commitment to remaining completely objective in pursuit of the most detailed and accurate evaluation possible. A hoops junkie for quite literally as long as he can remember, Rosenfeld got his start in the industry in 2014 covering the Philadelphia grassroots scene for City of Basketball Love while still finishing high school. He has gone on to ingratiate himself entirely into the local basketball community while gradually expanding his network, first regionally and then nationally, along the way.

With the absorption of the Delaware Valley Hoops Report underneath of the ELITE umbrella, we are excited to be bringing on Tom Keller as an additional scout focusing on the Northeast and Mid Atlantic regions. Through his work both independently and as part of the Prep Hoops network, Keller has become widely recognized throughout the region as one of the best and hardest-working young scouts around. His eye for talent, extensive network of contact, and tireless drive will be invaluable to all aspects of ELITE High School Scouting moving forward.
